With a career in the finance/mortgage industry spanning two decades, Marc Herrenbruck is an experienced, professional Loan Consultant committed to providing excellent levels of customer service to his clientele.
Knowledgeable in a wide range of available loan programs, Marc’s areas of expertise include options for financing CalHFA, SFRs, 2-4 unit TIC and 5-20+ apartment loans. Being a homeowner in San Francisco and surviving the condo conversion of his 2 unit building, Marc is well versed and has counseled many homebuyers with the intricacies of TIC to condo financing.
Marc attained a B.S. degree from St. Mary’s College and also holds a California Real Estate License and Insurance License. Throughout his career, Marc has focused his business growth in the San Francisco Bay Area. Describing his native San Francisco as a “unique market”, Marc relies on his strength of product knowledge and comfort level working with first-time buyers or handling multi-million dollar real estate transactions.
During his spare time, Marc volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and is a City Guide, giving tours of the Golden Gate Bridge. He also lists reading, sailing, cycling, hiking and playing golf among his favorite pastimes.
